Chase is a political consultant and legal advisor who has led and worked on national and statewide campaigns across the country.

Chase organized and led non-governmental organizations and non-profits to influence public policy relating to healthcare, energy, and telecommunications in states, Washington D.C., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Over the last 15 years, Chase testified in front of hundreds of committees, participated in radio and television interviews, and developed successful legislation at both state and federal levels.

Chase received his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law and received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Southern Maine. He currently lives in Northern Virginia.

He is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is a member of the Maine State Bar.
